Warranty
EZ-Robot provides a 3 month Warranty against manufacturers defect on all products. We double the Warranty to 6 months when you register your purchase with us. In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please contact our support department. Our customer support personnel will work with you to confirm if the product is defective, and to coordinate a replacement product, if appropriate.
EZ-Robot reserves the right to require the customer to return the defective product and to physically inspect the product, prior to shipping the replacement product. Return shipping of the product will be the responsibility of the customer, but the shipping will be reimbursed by EZ-Robot if the product is found to be defective.
Use of a third-party power supply or battery configuration will void EZ-Robot's warranty. EZ-Robot products should only be used with approved power supplies, batteries, and battery harnesses.
Please allow 4-8 business days to process your return once it has been received. If you need a replacement item quickly, we suggest placing a new order then shipping the defective item back for a refund. Final approval for defective products is at our discretion and may be denied if we determine the part is not defective. In some cases, we may ask for photos of use/installation to help determine defective parts. If a part is returned as defective and found not defective, a restocking fee will be applied.
Return/Exchange Policy
Within 30 days of receiving your order you may return/exchange any unwanted or wrong part(s) ordered, if new and in unopened original packaging. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. All parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled, modified or damaged by incorrect use/installation. All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for use/installation errors. Return shipping charges are at the customers expense.
Return Procedure
To return a product, send an e-mail with the following information: date, order number, name, phone/email address and the part number you wish to return along with a detailed explanation of why you want to return it. All emails are addressed within 4-8 business days with a return shipping address and instructions. No returns will be accepted without an order number. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing. Once received, allow 4-8 business days to process your return.
