Product Warranty

EZ-Robot Inc. provides a 90-day Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. This Warranty is applicable to Manufacturer’s defects only.

A Manufacturer’s defect refers to the frailty or shortcoming in a Product resulting from a departure from its specified design requirements during Production.

This Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of a new Product that was not sold “as is”. Product must be purchased from an authorized reseller or directly from EZ-Robot Inc. A purchase receipt or other proof of the date and location of retail purchase as well as the purchase price is required in order to claim the benefit of this Warranty.

If a Manufacturer defect arises:

Within the 90-day Warranty Period you may contact EZ-Robot Inc.Customer Support to arrange for the replacement of this Product. EZ-Robot Inc. reserves the right to test the returned Product in order to verify that it is indeed a Manufacturer’s defect before exchanging the Product. In the event that a replacement for this Product is not available this Product will be replaced by EZ-Robot Inc. with a Product of equivalent or greater retail value.

Notwithstanding the foregoing terms of this Warranty, EZ-Robot Inc. reserves the right at all times, at its sole option and discretion, to refund to you the purchase price paid by you for this Product in full and final settlement of EZ-Robot Inc.’s obligations under this Warranty.

If this Product is replaced, the replacement Product becomes your property and the replaced Product becomes EZ-Robot Inc.'s property. If EZ-Robot Inc. refunds the purchase price of this Product, this Product must be returned to EZ-Robot Inc. and becomes EZ-Robot Inc.’s property.

The EZ-Robot Inc. Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty covers the normal and intended use of this Product. This Warranty does not apply:

  1. to any damage resulting from abuse, accident, unreasonable use, improper handling and care or other external causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship;
  2. to any hardware, software or other add-on components installed by the end-user;
  3. to damage arising from any service performed by an individual who is not an authorized representative of EZ-Robot Inc.;
  4. if this Product has been disassembled or modified in any way;
  5. to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents or broken plastic, or normal wear and tear.

Ez-robot Inc.'s responsibility for Product defects is limited to the replacement of this Product or the refund of the purchase price for this Product. All express and implied warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in time to the term of this limited Warranty. No warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the expiration of the limited Warranty period.

If any term of this Warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired. Except as provided in this Warranty and to the extent permitted by law, EZ-Robot inc. is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages howsoever caused resulting from breach of Warranty or condition or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use. The foregoing limitation shall not apply to death or personal injury claims, or any statutory liability for intentional and gross negligent acts and/or omissions.

EZ-Robot Inc. (and distributors) disclaims all liability, including liability for infringement of any proprietary rights, relating to use of information in any documents and files and software and no license, express or implied, by EZ-Robot Inc. or otherwise, to any intellectual property rights is granted herein. EZ-Robot Inc. (and distributors) assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or inaccuracies that may appear in any documentation or files or any software that may be provided. The information in any documents or files is furnished for informational use only, is subject to change without notice, and should not be construed as a commitment by EZ-Robot Inc. (and distributors).

This Warranty is upheld by the governing law of the province of Alberta, Canada.

Return Policy

14 Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, EZ-Robot Inc.'s return policy allows you to return the product purchased by you after obtaining an EZ-Robot Inc. return material authorization (“RMA”) during the 14 day period following date of shipment by EZ-Robot Inc. You can receive an RMA by contacting customersupport@ez-robot.com. The product must be received by EZ-Robot Inc. within 10 days after we are able to issue you an RMA. If the product is returned unused, undamaged, unopened, and in its original condition, we will exchange it or offer a refund of the purchase price paid. The refund will be made by crediting the account used to make the original purchase.

All products being returned must be packed in the original, unopened, and unmarked packaging including any user manuals, accessories, documentation that were shipped with the product. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on any opened product, and any damaged product or missing parts may result in damage or missing part fees. In order to receive the remaining refund amount the product must be returned to EZ-Robot Inc. within the 14 day period. The RMA number must be included with the returned product.

Shipping and handling charges, taxes paid, and any importation fees are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to EZ-Robot Inc. If you return product to EZ-Robot Inc. without an RMA from EZ-Robot Inc.,

  1. beyond the 10 day RMA issuance period, or
  2. without proper packaging,

EZ-Robot Inc. retains the right to either refuse delivery or charge you a restocking fee. The time to credit your account may vary, so please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for EZ-Robot Inc. to credit the account used to make the original purchase.

You can find additional information about our packing and shipping steps below. To begin your order update request, simply contact our helpful customer support team. If your order has already reached Step 2: Processing, we are no longer able to cancel or modify it.

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account at www.ez-robot.com, clicking your username at the top right of the page to reach your profile, and then clicking the Order History tab. You will also be notified by email when your order has moved to the next step.
