EZ-B v3 Hardware Diagnostics

Use this video to help diagnose connectivity concerns with your EZ-B Robot Controller. You will require a volt meter that can check Ohms and fresh batteries. The leading cause of connectivity issues is with third party Bluetooth Stacks installed in the Windows Environment - many third party Bluetooth Stacks are buggy and not reliable - we only support the native Microsoft Bluetooth Stack.

The EZ-B goes through a complete test before shipping, but sometimes vibratations or static during the shipping process can have negative effects.

Check for shorts using this diagnostic page. If there are no shorts, all the power lights flash normally, the bluetooth stack is Microsoft Windows, and you are not running in a Virtual Machine, then Contact Us :)

*Warning: DISCONNECT ALL PERIPHERALS FROM THE EZ-B BEFORE EXECUTING THIS PROCEDURE!
